A superb way to ensure enhanced visibility for your brand and provide an additional platform to communicate your marketing message in a unique and high-impact manner.

Debossing Branding

Debossing creates an image pressed into the surface of an object, creating a ‘hollow’ impression.

A die in the shape of a logo is pressed into the surface of a product using both heat and pressure transferring the logo or image to the product creating a unique 3D look.

Debossing is a subtle and classy, ideal for genuine and imitation leather products and some clothing materials.

Digital Transfer Branding

Digital Transfer Printing makes it possible to print a full-colour, digital print on various substances.

A digital print is printed onto a special transfer paper and the product that is being branded is treated with a chemical before the logo is applied.

Direct To Garment Branding

Direct to Garment (DTG) is a high quality premium digital printing technique used to print full-colour images or designs directly onto fabric, typically on garments like t-shirts, hoodies, and other apparel items. DTG printing is an alternative to traditional screen printing and heat transfer methods.

DTG technology has gained popularity in the custom apparel industry and is commonly used for producing personalised clothing, custom merchandise, and limited-edition designs.

Direct To Product Branding

Direct to Product Printing provides for the application of full-colour logos directly onto the product using specifically engineered jigs, a specialised digital printing head transfers UV-cured ink onto flat or slightly curved surfaces with photo-print quality and bold, vivid colours.

Direct to product printing provides permanent, full-colour logos, high impact branding creating a lasting impression and can be applied on many shapes and sizes.

Dome Sticker Branding

Stickers are digitally printed in full-colour on an adhesive vinyl and then automatically cut to almost any shape and coated with a polyurethane resin creating a 3D effect.

This multi-colour branding method is cost-effective for low or high-volumes and shows a strong resistance to fading or damage.

Embroidery Branding

Embroidery is the art of decorating fabric with designs stitched in strands of thread.

Embroidery is a classic decoration technique most commonly used on logo patches, apparel and caps or hats. Embroidery creates a high value look containing up to nine thread colours.

Foil Stamp Branding

Hot stamping with foil is a similar to debossing.

Metallic foil is heat pressed onto hot surfaces by use of a metal block which is heated in a special foilery machine and pressed into the product to create a colour creating an exceptional superior impression.

Heat Transfer Branding

Heat transfer printing is when a digital image is printed onto a special vinyl surface, then placed onto the product and placed in a heat press.

The heat from the press melts the adhesive backing on the vinyl, merging it with the fabric. Heat transfer printing is mainly used where a logo is too intricate for screen printing or for logos with many colours, extreme detail and small text.

Laser Engrave Branding

Laser engraving permanently marks the surface of an item with a very high intensity light source. A logo is etched into a metal product with a laser beam, replicating the logo with precise accuracy.

The laser “burns” the top layer of the product and reveals the layer beneath. If the layer beneath is a different colour to the top layer, when engraved, the bottom layer’s colour is exposed. A subtle, permanent and upmarket impression.

Laser Etching Branding

Upgrade your office workwear, or promotional golf shirts, jackets or T-shirts with the laser etching branding technique.

Laser technology is used to very carefully burn your artwork of choice onto fabric. The design will showcase differently based on the fabric used ideally on fabrics such as polyester or polyester pique fleece for a clean and clear design.

Pad Print Branding

Pad Printing is an offset printing process that involves ink being transferred from an engraved metal plate onto a product via a silicone pad, creating an image on the product. Each colour is applied separately, up to 4 colours.

Pad printing provides a great all-round solution that’s fast and economical and can be applied on virtually any shape but is favoured for small plastic items like pens, key holders, torches, etc.

Screen Print Branding

Screen printing images are created by blocking parts of the screen. Ink is forced through the open areas of the screen onto the surface of the object. A separate screen must be created for each colour printed, up to 6 colours..

A cost-effective solution for larger quantities and provides excellent coverage and is especially suited to bags, t-shirts,  umbrellas, coolers, etc.

Silicone Transfer Branding

This branding process moulds liquid silicone to the shape of your logo or emblem to create a 3D, raised and flexible print, that is durable and tactile making it ideal for corporate uniforms, team kits, headwear and more.

The raised texture of the print produces a premium, upmarket finish.

Sublimation Branding

Sublimation printing is when a digital full-colour printer with special sublimation inks is used to print onto special transfer paper and cut automatically to the correct shape.

The print is then placed onto the product, heat is applied the inks migrate from the paper onto the product.

Sublimation ensures a premium full-colour photo-realistic print and suitable for white products only.
